Anand Rao - Chief Talent Officer.

Anand is responsible for overseeing the group’s human resources and training strategy to support the expanding portfolio of resorts and spas managed by the group. Anand graduated from Lausanne Hotel School in 1979. Prior to joining Six Senses, he was with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company for thirteen years, where he held the positions of Corporate Director, Organizational Development; and Vice President, Recruitment & Selection. He has worked globally for over thirty years in operations and corporate positions for The Ritz-Carlton, Hilton International and Disney.
