Daniel B Reid Prior to joining Six Senses Group in 2004, Dan was Director Lodge Operations for Waiau Bay Farms in New Zealand. He came to that role from that of Chief Operating Officer for Island Outpost Hotels, a small upscale grouping of 12 hotels and resorts located in Jamaica, Bahamas and Miami Beach.

Dan's professional record includes a six-year tenure with Amanresorts as General Manager of Amanpulo Resort in the Philippines, and General Manager and Area Manager of Amanresorts Indonesia at Amanusa Resort in Nusa Dua Bali. During his career, Dan has also operated resorts in the British Virgin Islands and Antigua.

Having departed his native Canada to embark on his International hospitality career almost twenty years ago, Dan has been afforded many insights into adapting to new and challenging environments.

Dan is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the group.
