Kenneth J Kominski - Group Director - HR & Training returned to Thailand to take up this role, having had a previous tenure as Director of Human Resources for Sheraton Thailand.

Having come up through the ranks of the hospitality business, Kenn commenced his career as steward and developed through front-of-house bus person, waiter, host, supervisor, assistant manager and manager. His first role in Asia was as a coffee shop manager in Hua Ting, from where he progressed upwards until he developed Sheraton's first training hub in China. He also worked in Beijing and Suzhou.

Kenn briefly left the hospitality industry to assist with developing an internet reservations portal. Later he joined Fullerton Singapore during its pre-opening phase, after which he joined a Singaporean training company and received accreditation from the Singapore Ministry of Education for Services Series©, which he developed. Kenn is looking forward to assisting each and every host to achieve personal success and fulfillment with Six Senses.

Kenn is based at the Six Senses Bangkok Hub.
