Nicolas Peth - General Manager of Evason Ana Mandara Nha Trang, Vietnam.

Nicolas graduated from a French Hotel and Catering school in Brittany before starting his career at The Ritz in Paris in 1992 as a Management Trainee. He then moved to the Hotel Martinez in Cannes before arriving in London in 1995 at Claridge’s where he spent three years in various positions in Front of House. In 1998 he moved to Danesfield House Hotel & Spa in Marlow as Front of House Manager and was rapidly promoted to Deputy General Manager in 1999. In 2004 he took up his first General Manager position at the acclaimed 5-star country house hotel ‘TheVineyard at Stockcross’ in Berkshire, England - a Relais and Chateaux hotel. Under his management “The Vineyard” won many top accolades including two Michelin stars, Best Hotel Restaurant in England and three Cateys, In August 2009 Nicolas joined Six Senses to take on his first Asian challenge as General Manager of the Evason Ana Mandara and Six Senses Spa, Nha Trang, voted ‘Best Resort in Vietnam’ in 2009.
