TJ Grundl-Hong assumed the role of Chief Sales Officer & MD Business Development. His former position of Area General Manager - Evason & Hideaways in Vietnam.

Since May 2000, TJ held the role of General Manager at Six Senses' Evason-branded property, the Ana Mandara Resort & Spa, in Nha Trang. Under his leadership, Ana Mandara was positioned at the forefront of the developing hospitality industry in Vietnam. TJ has continuously introduced improvements and expanded the guest experience and services. Many new facilities such as a Six Senses Spa, new restaurants and bars, and retail Gallery were added. He also established an impressive programme of excursions and activities.

TJ has also had a key role with Six Senses in conceptualising and planning the creation of two new Six Senses properties in Vietnam: the Evason Hideaway & Six Senses Spa on private Ninh Van Bay, 20 minutes by speedboat from Evason Ana Mandara, which opened early 2005, and Evason Ana Mandra Villas, an Evason with a Six Senses Spa, in Dalat.

TJ is based at the Six Senses Bangkok Hub.
