Giancarlo will be providing a full internal cocktail training program over 5 days for all F&B Service Hosts.  This will include knowledge of brands, alcohols, origin and style.  Practical training will include all mixing techniques, presentations, possibilities and mixing rules.  The program will be very intensive and involve theoretical classroom style studying and practical cocktail production with certification.  Also during the week he will create some unique practical guest experiences at the resorts bars.  We will offer some interactive and informative opportunities for our guests to enjoy and learn how to make their favourites.
