José Alberto Zuccardi, will be joining us at Evason Resort and Spa Hua Hin for an evening of enjoyment and education, as he takes us through his wines in a perfectly relaxed atmosphere of an open-air barbeque. Executive Chef, Andrew Mann, has created a special Argentinean Barbeque, or Asado, menu that brings together so many of the tastes, flavours and influences whilst focusing on red meats which the Argentineans do better than any other nation. The evening will start at 6.30pm for pre-dinner drinks and an initial chance to meet with José Alberto then dinner from around 7. A few songs from Essence, the Evason Resort’s house band, will help to set the right note for the evening. Price per person, including wines, is 1750 Baht ++ and promises to be another truly memorable experience from Six Senses at the Evason Resort and Spa Hua Hin. The setting, perfectly chosen for José Alberto’s visit is the Dining on the Deck which is beautifully situated beside the infinity pool and overlooking the Gulf of Thailand.
