Alain Chabanon is a winemaker in the Languedoc region in the south of France. Passionate about his region, his wines and the environment Alain makes wines that are full of flavour and passion. His own words sum it up best when he says “My ambition is modest: to make superb wines. Wines that are fine and elegant.”

It is with great pleasure that Alain Chabanon himself will present a selection of his finest wines from Domaine Alain Chabanon. Beginning with the white Trélans and Rosé Tremier we will already be off and running with 2 beautifully crafted wines. Then we find ourselves in Alain’s true domain, reds, with the Campredon blend, followed by his Merlot dominated Le Merle aux Alouettes and finally the wine that sits atop his tree, the magnificent L’Esprit de Font Caude. Finishing with the heavenly Le Villard dessert wine the evening just could not get any better. A menu, specially created by Executive Chef Andrew Mann, will be accompanying Alain’s wines and live music chosen for the evening with complete the experience in the beautiful Living Room surrounds.
