Carlos Posada was born in 1969 in Balmaseda, Spain.
Carlos has worked in no less than six one or two starred coveted ‘Michelin’ starred restaurants and additionally worked in Hotels in Australia, Brazil, England, New York, Thailand and Turkey.
For two nights only Carlos will be creating an exceptional Tapas style menu for the Organic Restaurant at Soneva Fushi.
