Soneva Fushi and Soneva Gili continue to enhance their culinary credentials in the Maldives and have invited Carlos Posados, one of the Spains’ most celebrated Chefs, to host a range of Tapas evenings and Dinner events at Soneva Fushi and Soneva Gili from 14 – 18 August 2008.
During his visit to Soneva Gili, Carlos will prepare Tapas for an evening in the Over Water Bar and a dinner menu at the Restaurant.
Carlos Posados background in Michelin star Restaurants makes him one of Spains most acclaimed celebrity chefs. He is currently the Head Chef of the renowned Hotel Santo Mauro in Madrid.
