Soneva Gili is delighted to present the culinary talents of Chef Gwenael Briat.
Gwen hails from France and is passionate about fusing the cuisines of Brittany and the Mediterranean with the ingredients and flavors of the islands of the World. Chef Gwen has collected his palette of flavors from some of the World’s most exciting and far-flung destinations. He draws his influences from Cyprus, St Barths, Spain, Tahiti, the Seychelles and, of course, France.
