Chef Manao
We welcome you to ‘Chef Manao’ restaurant, where we offer a truly, authentic Thai dining experience encompassing flavours from all over the Kingdom of Thailand. The name comes from long serving ex-Six Senses host Remon Alphenaar who during his time as Executive Chef at Hua Hin picked up the nickname of Chef Manao as many of his Thai colleagues found his name difficult to say often resulting in ‘Lemon’ being said. Lemon in ‘Thai’ is Manao, hence his fruity, Thai moniker. Surrounded by stunning lotus ponds we have created a wonderful setting for you to experience the joy of food in the Kingdom.

The ultimate in gourmet buffet outlets featuring daily changing breakfast and dinner options that touch on all the senses. The nightly buffet is not available every night as it is subject to availability. Please contact anyone of our hosts for the schedule as well as a suitable dining alternative if needed.

The Pool
The most relaxing pool set seaside complete with a full menu consisting of great poolside delicacies and sexy cocktails with a beautiful view lined with palm trees. On weekends we offer a special treat with a poolside BBQ complete with everything a BBQ should consist of all while relaxing poolside.

Dine intimately in the confines of the kitchen as the executive chef prepares a masterpiece right in front of you eyes. Don’t forget the wines.

All rooms have a well-stocked mini bar, with non-traditional items available on request from in room dining. All restaurants and bars offer an excellent selection of wine by the glass. Balance Cuisine dishes are available in all restaurants.
Remarks: Children younger than 6 years old free of charge and Children from 6 to 12 inclusive are 50% from the normal menu.
