Evason Ma’In Hot Springs has the reputation for serving some of the best food in the region. Offering regional and international cuisine, the diverse selection of dining options includes a restaurant situated on a cliff top at the edge of the Dead Sea where guests can catch a glimpse of the lights of Jerusalem and beautiful sunsets reflecting across the water. The freshest ingredients are sourced from the resort’s own organic herb and vegetable gardens.
At the Springs
All day dining restaurant offering a buffet and a la carte breakfast and dinner with live cooking counters and fresh juice station. Seats 92 inside and 24 outside on the terrace. Located near the Lobby beside the Brown Bar. Open 7am to 11pm.
Senses of Arabia
Journey through the Middle East and awaken your senses. Regional, classic and local dishes all freshly produced using the finest produce available sourced from sustainable, local and organic means. Offers an a la carte dinner menu. Seats 30 inside and 12 outside on the terrace. Open 7pm to 11pm.
Panorama
Situated on a cliff top at the edge of the Dead Sea where guests can catch a glimpse of the lights of Jerusalem and beautiful sunsets reflecting across the water. The concept is based on an Arabic style restaurant with a hint of Lebanese. Menus can be customized for special events. Accompanied by live acoustic music. Offers a la carte lunch and dinner for up to 140 guests. Located just 15 minutes drive from the resort. Open 12 noon to 12 midnight.
Brown Bar
Ideal for meetings and conversations during the day and pre-dinner drinks. Offers tapas menu at lunch and dinner. Seats 22 inside and 24 outside on the terrace. Located near the Lobby. Open 11am to 12 midnight.
White Bar
An evening bar with relaxed ambience. Great for pre-dinner drinks and after-dinner drinks under the stars. Can be used exclusively for corporate and private events. Seats 16 inside and 24 outside on the terrace. Located near Senses of Arabia. Open 6pm to 2am. Closed Sunday and Monday.
Chef's Table
Offering customized lunch and dinner menus personalized by the chef. A sommelier is also present to pair wines with different courses to elevate the dining experience. Provides an intimate dining experience for just nine guests.
The Cellar
Offers wine and cheese tastings and an a la carte Chef’s Signature menu. Ideal for pre-dinner wine tasting with the sommelier. Wine pairing menus ranging from Mezze, Cheese, Chocolate and Beyond. Offers a large selection of wine from the new and old world. Seats 21 guests. Located near the Chefs Table.
Dining by the Pool
Be pampered at the pool bar. Relax with finger food and let the bartender bring you refreshing beverages from around the world. A la carte menu available for lunch and dinner. Seating for up to 24 guests. Open 9am to 7pm.
Olive
The Olive provides guests with an authentic zarb dining experience in its original Bedouin tradition. The Bedouin chefs serve the meal communal-style under a lamp-lit Bedouin tent. Guests may also choose candlelit private tables amongst the olive trees, overlooking the hot springs falls. Guests are invited to arrive at 8pm for a welcome drink, Arak. Dinner is accompanied by a selection of local Jordanian wines, plus a fully stocked bar. As zarb is an outdoor dining experience its availability is subject to weather conditions. Seating is limited to 24 persons, so reservations are necessary.
