MICHELIN STAR DANISH CHEF JESPER KOCH COOKS AT SIX SENSES YAO NOI IN FEBRUARY

Yao Noi, Thailand – 8 January 2014 – Award-winning Jesper Koch, one of Denmark’s most highly rated and regarded chefs,will visit Six Senses Yao Noi in mid-February for three exclusive and mouth-watering events.His celebrated one-star Michelin-rated Restaurant Koch, is among the country’s most popular dining venues.

He gained culinary fame by putting a modern spin on Scandinavian favourites and holds the coveted position of third highest rated Michelin chef in Denmark. One of his most popular dishes is salted celery with truffle oil and potato with béchamel-style cheese sauce. In addition to the famed Restaurant Koch, Chef Jesper and his twin brother, Michael, own Restaurant This Happy Madness!

Chef Jesper will be presenting his Happy Madness concept at the first event on Monday, 24 February. Guests can enjoy the Hilltop Reserve's soul-rejuvenating sunset while experiencing a wine buffet with a paired three-course poolside dinner. Chef Jesper will join the celebration and share some anecdotes from his colourful Michelin-star career. 

For the second event, on Wednesday, 26 February, Chef Jesper will showcase a four-course degustation dinner at The Dining Room. Here Chef Jesper will exhibit his special and unique style, while using local and fresh ingredients from the resort’s organic garden.

On Thursday, 27 February, Chef Jesper will be holding a Master Class at the Chef Table. Here guests will have the chance to chat with the chef directly over dinner and perhaps get a culinary tip or two.
