For all 2 for 1 promotions the lower price treatment is always the free treatment.
Validity as stated in promotion.
Non transferable or redeemable for cash and not available in conjunction with any other offer.
Valid only if the advertisement is presented to reception on the day of the treatment (where applicable and as stated in the promotion)
The 2 for 1 treatments must be booked for the same day. ie. the treatments cannot be split over different days.
All bookings are subject to availability.
Six Senses reserves the right to make changes to terms and conditions without prior notice.
Spa Terms & Conditions
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your treatment to complete a lifestyle consultation and allow yourself time to relax in our Thermal Suite.
Please remember to bring swimming gear to use in the Thermal Suite.
Please let us know before arrival if you have any allergies, major health issues or are pregnant so that we can make sure the treatment you have chosen is suitable for you.
24 hours notice is required for cancellation of a treatment or the full price of treatment may be charged.
All treatment bookings require confirmation with a credit card, without this we cannot guarantee holding the appointment for you.
We love children however any persons under the age of 16 may not use our Spa facilities.
Please leave your jewellery at home preferably, or locked in your locker. Neither the Spa, its owners, their agents or employees shall be liable for any loss, damage or theft of personal property belonging to an owner, resident, visitor or guest whilst in the Spa.
We recommend that you do not sunbathe or have a hot bath or shower before or after aromatherapy or depilatory waxing treatments for a minimum of 6 hours either side.
For men-please shave prior to all facial treatments to ensure maximum results are achieved.
Disposable underwear is provided for your comfort and should be worn for all treatments.
The Spa is a sanctuary of peace and harmony, please be aware of the volume of your voice so as not to disturb our spa guests.
Smoking and active mobile phones are not permitted in the Spa or Spa balconies.
All residents, guests or visitors using the Spa facilities do so at their own risk. Neither the spa, its owners, their agents or employees shall be liable for personal injury or death of any resident, guest or visitor while on the premises or using the facilities.
The thermal area can only be used for treatment bookings of 50 minute or longer.
