Your Space
Your Space - Want to be alone, get away from it all and spend time with your loved one. These exclusive adventures are your key to a magical holiday and include all senses for you to experience.
Sun Set cruise
Experience the infinite horizon and golden views of the setting sun behind the Musandam Fjords. As you cruise around on your private speed boat in the still waters of Haffa Bay. Enjoy a bottle of Bubbly and canapés. Just relax and take in the amazing atmosphere of the Musandam.

Dhow Cruise
Experience the history of a Dhow in the Arabian ocean as you slip slowly through the ocean besides the Fjords of the spectacular Musandam and explore small bays and unique fishing villages carved into the Fjords. This gallant 6 meter high local fishing boat called a dhow with a history of over 500 years is one of our popular attractions for all ages. This 5 hour cruise includes snorkelling, kayaking and beverage & gourmet lunch will be provided by our own specialty chef team.
This trip leaves at 11:00 – 16:00.

At Home
At Home - don’t move any further than Zighy Bay, where the activities come to you and there is not need for car, boat or any form of transport. Zighy Bay and its natural wonder’s ensure that you can put your feet up and the adventure will find you.
Jogging / Walking Trails
We have developed for you a map on where you can run and walk, how many kilometers each track is and level of difficulty and fitness required for each track. Please keep in mind the high temperatures Oman is known for prior to starting your jog, early morning and at sunset are the cooler times to jog and please grab a water bottle off LIFE to ensure you keep yourself re hydrated during your jog. When you grab your water bottle from LIFE let us know when and where you are going and we will keep a look out for you if jogging alone.
Mountain Bikes
The LIFE department has Mountain Bikes available for you to explore Zighy Bay. Please ware your helmet at all times as the roads are busy and the gravel is very loose.

Beach Volleyball
In a Six Senses Tradition; ‘we love our volleyball’. All our Six Senses hosts play through out the world and we are now ready to compete with you! Our volleyball court is set up on the beach and it is a great way to spend some time on the beach with friends. Please review the weekly LIFE schedule to find out what time we are playing.

Children
In order to give parents a chance to ‘have a break’ and keep the kids entertained, the resort has its own Chaika’s children club & offers a number of supervised activities for children from 4 – 12 years of age, daily during the mornings, plus movie showings in the early evenings.

Paragliding
Paragliding will take place on the top of Zighy Mountain. This is an experience not to be missed. Our Para glider will take you a around the edge of the mountain range in Zighy Bay, where you can explore the bay from 293m up and enjoy the beautiful views.

Micro-light Aircraft
Your Micro-light flying experience will start from the Zighy Beach. Our micro glider will take you over along with Zighy, Miam Beach and to Dibba Village, where you can explore the village from 500m up and enjoy the beautiful views.

Water Skiing & Wake Boarding
Let us take you out and just have some fun, be it Water skiing or Wake boarding. Whether you are experienced or trying for the first time we will provide suitable equipment and experience for the thrills that you seek. We request that you make a reservation the day prior with your Butler or at the LIFE office.
Get out to some of the excellent locations on a snorkeling excursion, where you can see the vibrant colors found on the reef and the schools of fish that adorn them.
Snorkeling Trip Two Hours Shared
The speed boat leaves our Zighy Marina and sets of for a thirty minute scenic trip to a sandy bay called Sannat where we can do some snorkeling for an hour. This location has a lovely soft and hard coral reef.

Snorkeling Trip Four Hours Shared
The speed boat leaves our Zighy Marina and sets of for a minute Thirty Five Minute scenic trip to a bay called Sharia where we can do some snorkeling for an hour. We then head Twenty minutes North to A large bay called Lima. This location has a lovely soft coral reef with an abundance of colorful reef fish.

Diving Activities – Sense of the sea
The new dive center of Extra Divers Worldwide at Zighy Bay is managed two experienced diving instructors, offering fun dives or also diving courses (SSI, CMAS and PADI. The courses can be done in English, German and French.
With a typical dive speedboat you will drive around 45 until 60 minutes up north to the dive sides around Lima where you can expect an incredible colourful underwater world.
The visibility is between 5 until 30 meter, but because of many plankton in the water you can expect hundreds of fishes all over the beautiful riffs which are covered with nice soft and hard corals.

Smugglers Bay Hike
The trip starts at our Sablah where we head down to the beach and walk along the breaking waves to the mountain. When we reach the bottom of the mountain we start to slowly make our way up the mountain following the goat’s trail until we reach the magnificent deserted Miam village. After we have inspected this perfectly hidden village we start our descent once again following the ever eager goats.

Hand line Fishing starting
We set off on the open ocean with our best local fisherman to try and catch some local great tasting fish called Hamour using traditional hand lines. If you manage to land one of these local Hamour of the correct size we can deliver it to our chef’s to bake, grill or steam it.

Up Beat
Up Beat - all in Dubai. Beat the traffic, crowds and rush through the streets to experience the hustle and bustle of the souqs, mosques and amazing shopping centers. Or travel through the deserts to fly down a sand dune on a sand board or a buggy. Your heart will be racing from start to end.
Sabatyn 4x4
This easy trek explores the village of Sabatyn plateau. After a scenic one hour 4x4 drive from Zighy Bay we reach the plateau 1200 meters above sea level. We then continue to Sabtayn, this village stretches along a mountainside with wonderful views down to Wadi Al Bih. The village contains an abundance of petrogliphs, Stone towers and ancient houses that were once home to the farmers tending their large terraced fields. After exploring Sabtayn we climb up to a small village with its cooling subterranean air stream. We continue our trek to our vehicles for the drive home.
