Six Senses is a resort and spa management and development company established in 1995, which manages resorts under the brand names Soneva, Six Senses Hideaways, Six Senses Latitudes and Evason, plus Six Senses Spas and Six Senses Destination Spas.

Soneva by Six Senses – Intelligent Luxury.

Soneva is committed to offer luxuries of the highest international standard in an environment that nurtures the indigenous feel in design, architecture and service; fusing nature with guest experiences and creating destinations unto themselves. A Soneva resort has a limited number of accommodations, all offering generous personal space.

Six Senses Hideaways & Latitudes – Redefining Experiences.

Six Senses Hideaway identifies the private pool villa category of the Six Senses brand, where attention to detail and focus on the reality of the destination together with modern architecture provides generous personal space and presents an uncompromised standard of luxury.

Six Senses Latitude usually offers a greater number of accommodations than Six Senses Hideaway, while still maintaining attention to detail and generous proportions. A Six Senses Latitude offers individual style with a unique and diverse design personality, and a strong senses of community.

Six Senses Spas – Balancing Senses.

Six Senses Spa - a key element of all Six Senses properties, offers a wide range of holistic wellness, rejuvenation and beauty treatments administered under the guidance of expert therapists. Six Senses Spas are also hosted by prestigious hotels and resorts in many other locations.

Six Senses Destination Spas – Enriching Life.

Six Senses Destination Spas are dedicated to transforming the lifestyle of their guests through a complete immersion into healthy and mindful living. Personal life-passages are created for each guest, supported by a regime of activities and organic cuisine.

Evason

introduces a collection of unique resorts that follow the Six Senses philosophy of uncompromised responsibility to the environment and to the community. Family friendly, these properties also present a strong value focus while offering a vast array of guest services, personal attention and facilities.

Six Senses Gallery is the retail division of the group, and an outlet is located at the resorts under the brand names Soneva, Six Senses Hideaways, Six Senses Latitudes and Evason, plus Six Senses Destination Spas. The galleries offer a range of unique products specifically sourced and created from environmentally friendly materials. They include handcrafted stainless steel items, woodware, apparel and accessories, furnishings, decorative items and exclusive skin-care products. The galleries also carry a range of personal care amenities, souvenirs and reading material for guests.

   
  Six Senses offers consultancy, development and management services for high-end resorts and spas operated under a Six Senses brand. Ideally involved with a project from its inception, the Six Senses team guides the development and assures that the brand spirit and brand values influence all facets of the project.

Pre-development

The scope of services offered by Six Senses is broad and begins with feasibility studies, including site evaluation, market potential, concept development and financial viability calculations. During this phase we put together design briefs and master-planning. Appropriate consultants are identified to compliment the combined experience of the Six Senses team in developing the project. We also give assistance and advice in the financing process.

During Development

Technical Services
reviews and advises on all designs and drawings, including but not limited to concept, guest accommodations, public areas, service areas, staff facilities, landscaping, uniforms, graphics and signage, and marketing collateral. We advise on mechanical and electrical requirements, all FF&E (fixtures, furniture & equipment) and all operational systems.

Project Management Services oversee the planning, follow up, co-ordination and development of the total project from start to finish significantly reducing the project owner's tasks. Six Senses total management of the project provides better control and coordination of all involved parties - from architects, M&E consultants to structural engineers.

Pre-opening Services embrace the preparation of budgets and estimated P&L accounts, working capital requirements, staffing and salary guides, recruitment schedules, operating policies, sales and marketing support, printed and electronic collateral design, production and distribution, PR activities, lease negotiations, concession contracts, site visits and inspections with progress reports; whilst continually coordinating the entire design team throughout the pre-opening period.

Post Opening

Full property management consists of identifying key objectives for the property and implementation through the unit General Manager. This includes accounting, administration, cost control, maintenance, sales and marketing and concept implementation.
