Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or amendments will only be accepted once they have been confirmed by the resort in writing. You will receive a confirmation number from us to confirm that your reservation has indeed been cancelled.

For Normal season: 16th January to 19th December
A cancellation is free of charge if made 15 days before arrival. After this date the following penalties apply: Cancellation penalty is 50% of stay if cancelled within 14 days. Cancellation penalty is 100% of stay if cancelled within 4 days before arrival

For Peak season: 20th December to 15th January
A cancellation is free of charge if made more than 45 days before arrival.
Cancellation penalty is 100% of stay if cancelled within 45 days before arrival

One child up to 5 years of age stays free in parent's room when using existing beds in room. Child aged 12 years and older is charged at the adult rate.

Food and Beverage Discounts
Discounts for children under 12 years of age: Less than 6 years old eat for free; Between 6 years old and 12 years old eat for half price

Early check out will incur a 100% charge per the confirmed booking

Late Departure
Late check in will incur a 100% charge per the confirmed booking
Late check out until 2:00PM is subject to availability; Late check out until 6:00PM will incur half day charge; Late check out after 6:00PM will incur full day charge.

Guests are required to guarantee their reservations by Visa card/ Master card/ American Express, with the authorized numbers (C.V.V) of the credit card to complete the guarantee procedures.

Full payment is required at time of booking. No refund will be given within 45 days prior to arrival.
