The bar & restaurant offers a fresh and trendy design, where the beachfront and poolside location are a colorful backdrop to innovative cuisine. Open from 6:30 am to 10:30 pm daily, the restaurant is open to the public and is the perfect dining venue on one of Vietnam’s most idyllic beaches.

The cosy Lobby Bar is a congenial central meeting place that extends to an outside courtyard and walk-in cellar. It is perfect for a refreshing beverage or two, offering a menu of wines by the glass, international beers and a selection of our own special creations - either alcoholic or soft.

Vietnamese Street Food Market

Authentic cuisine from all around the country

Every Friday a colorful food market is set up in the courtyard of the Pavilion restaurant, celebrating the variety of delicious Vietnamese food, with many life cooking stations. Enjoy Nha Trang seafood dishes, the influence of ancient royal cuisine and indulge in the famous beef and pork dishes of the north with traditional dance and music performances.

Le Thi Minh Thuy

Executive Sous Chef

Chef Thuy has been an integral part of the culinary team since the opening of Evason Ana Mandara in 1997. She offers a source of inspiration to her kitchen brigades and aspiring chefs. Her in-depth knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine is exceptional and she has been at the forefront in promoting local cuisine and the unique experience for our guests from taking them to the local market for sampling local produce to conducting traditional Vietnamese cooking class.

Huynh Hong Loi (Louie)

Assistant Food & Beverage Director

Louie has an extensive background in food and beverage. He is also a mixologists and has a great love for wines. He enriched his knowledge further by completing a French wine course in 2015. He really enjoys working with his team and is focused on taking challenges to deliver unique and crafted dining experiences to all guests.
