Mr. Anton Maier

Food and Beverage Manager

Anton joined Evason Ana Mandara in July, 2014 with an extensive background in hotel food and beverage management that has taken him to countries like the USA, the UK, Bhutan, and his home nation of Austria. 

As he adjusts to the heat of Nha Trang, he looks forward to offering more guest experiences around the resort's ever-growing wine selection and overseeing the opening of the brand's first beachfront lounge, late 2014.

Mr. Chau

Cocktail Expert

Our cocktail expert Mr. Chau has been honing his skills in mixology for the past few years. With his 15 years of experience with mixologists in some of the best resorts in Vietnam, there is rarely any cocktail that he has not added his personal touch to. 

His signature drinks are classic cocktails given a Vietnamese punch, leading to tropical exotics. Have a chat with Mr. Chau and he will compose the best out of a mélange of ingredients, while gladly sharing his knowledge and passion for the mixing secrets of his cocktail creations.
