Experience the true Vietnamese way of life

The islands surrounding Nha Trang offer exciting, adventurous trips and fishing excursions. Close by is some of the most astounding countryside, with steep mountains and plush green paddy fields seemingly electrified by the sun.

Early Morning Market Tour

This is a great opportunity to feel the rythm of local daily life in the fresh early morning. Enjoy a relaxing ride on the cyclo along the beach side of Nha Trang in a refreshing morning breeze, then a visit to the fish market at the harbor, at dawn. Catch the locals shopping for daily essentials at the open markets - Dam and Xom Moi market, feeling like a local to taste the well-known Pho in a typical food stall and having a cup of traditional Vietnamese coffee before heading back to the resort.

Mountains of Refuge

This is our most popular adventure and once you choose to experience it you understand why. You will be traveling through the plush green paddies, finding yourself deep in mountain terrain, watching butterflies in the sky and listening to the songs of the birds, or hearing the whisper of cicadas and cascading water. 

Khanh Vinh White Water Safari

Enjoy the Vietnamese rural countryside as we journey up river at the start of your adventure, with the slow upstream waters and the beautiful scenery on both banks of the river.  We will stop at a rural orchard and take an informative journey amongst the fruit trees. You can choose some fruit to take back to the resort and later speak to the Chef for some tips on the best recipes in which to use them. Then, for a bit more exhilaration, race down the fast waters of the rapids to build up an appetite for the White Sand Bank BBQ Lunch.

In Vietnam, be like a Vietnamese

Join with the local people to discover the ways of local life in the countryside, learning how to make traditional sticky rice cake Banh Tet wrapped in banana leaf, and stepping into the farm to plant vegetables in the golden light of sunset.

Our experienced guide will help you to select fresh organic-farmed produce from the local farms to prepare traditional pancake Banh Xeo at the countryside house in a cooking class.

Sports and Recreation

There is a host of activities for the whole family at Evason Ana Mandara. The resort offers a wide variety, which range from swimming, tennis, biking, gym fitness, beach vollyball, exciting moonlight cruises and much, much more.

Biking Safaris

Well-maintained and modern mountain bikes are available for you to cycle through villages, towns and farms in this wonderful trip. We will also recommend the most suitable safari for you depending on your fitness of experience (within 20 km).

  • Travel by bike through local villages
  • Pass Green paddy fields
  • Visit the local rush-mat weaving, incense stick making and a traditional Vietnamese house
  • Cycle pass the wooden bridge
  • Enjoy Lunch time at a Nha Trang Xua Restaurant
  • Take a rest at the local coffee shop before returning to the resort 
Picnic on a Private Beach

Situated 30 minutes boat ride away from Evason Ana Mandara is the perfect escape to paradise - Dam Tre Island, where you can enjoy a day relaxing on the white sand of this secluded private beach and cooling off in the clear turquoise waters. Included in this Robinson Crusoe-style experience is a barbecue that is designed by our Chef to your own preference.

Tennis

The resort tennis court is open from 06:00 to 20.00. It is available to our guests free of charge. Tennis rackets and balls are available at the Experiences desk, and refreshments can be ordered from Beach Restaurant. Reservations in advance are recommended as most guests tend to play at dusk when the temperature is a little cooler. A tennis coach is also available upon request, either for lessons or as a partner.

Swimming

The resort's swimming pool is open from 08:00 until 20:00, and provides the perfect place for relaxing with the adjacent jacuzzi-style pool. Alternatively, guests are tempted into the warm clear waters of the resort's private beach. The sea is safe for swimming however, a red flag will be shown during the occasional times that there may be strong and deceptive undercurrents.

Water Sports and Scuba Diving

On the Ana Mandara's private beach, you will find our comprehensive range of water sports equipment. We also have our onsite five-star PADI accredited diving centre, where the experts know many great diving and snorkeling sites.

Snorkeling at Mun Island

Mun Island is located in Nha Trang Bay, around 20 minutes boat ride from Evason Ana Mandara. The surrounding waters offer the best conditions for diving and snorkeling in the whole of Vietnam.

 

The turquoise blue clear waters are home to over 250 types of stunning hard and soft corals and colorful exotic marine life. Enjoy snorkeling sites around Mun Island and discover the astonishing and the richest underwater world ofVietnam! And a delightful seafood lunch is awaiting you before returning to Evason Ana Mandara.

 

Diving

The Evason Ana Mandara Resort is delighted to announce its onsite diving operation, the Dive Shop. The team runs a PADI authorized resort Dive Centre in a partnership which has seen the fruition of the best collaboration of instructing talent available in Nha Trang. The Dive Shop team, carefully hand-picked, has combined their wide variety of experience to create a first class operation suited to the needs of every diver, from the absolute beginner to the most advanced and experienced, including children. The team is committed to providing only the highest quality of dive instruction. The multi-national hosts ensure everyone has the opportunity to enjoy this fascinating and addictive sport. 

Diving Adventures for Children

For young adventurers, the Bubble Maker program is an introduction to the thrill of breathing underwater. For youngsters from 8-10 years of age, they have the chance to take the plunge with a PADI professional and go diving. Have your children start out on the right fin and jump into the PADI Bubble Maker!        

Boat Charters

Alongside our Island Trip Discovery you may select from a variety of boat trips that are tailor made to suit your preferences.  Choose to go by a speedboat with 200 horse power, or by traditional wooden boat.

Family Experiences

Our team of qualified sports and recreation staff at the resort are currently expanding our programme of activities especially designed for children of all ages. All of our equipment, from tennis rackets, bicycles to snorkeling equipment is available in children's sizes. We would be delighted to organize children's activities ranging from fishing trips and learning to snorkel, right through to tennis lessons. Our expert staff are pleased to provide tuition free of charge on the Hobie Cats, and for those wanting to be a bit more daring, try a dual paraglide. If there is any special activity in which your children are interested, please allow us to help.

Youngsters can choose between the following activities: statue painting, sand pictures, drawing and painting, memory games, puzzles, fingertips and handprint pictures, egg shell mosaic, children cooking classes, popcorn making, Lego, and beach soccer.

JUST KIDS! Evason Ana Mandara
The professionally managed kids' club at Evason Ana Mandara keeps children of all ages entertained all day. The emphasis at Just Kids! is on mind challenging activities, adventure games, and making learning experiences fun. Special activities can be organized to provide children with the most memorable experiences; camping on the beach with bonfire, treasure hunts, Vietnamese arts & crafts.

Daily Programs from 9.00am to 12.00pm in the morning and from 2.00pm to 5.00pm in the afternoon, 7 days a week are complimentary.

Baby Sitting Services

  • Complimentary baby sitting at Just Kids from 9.00am to 12.00pm and 2.00pm to 5.00pm.
  • Charged baby sitting at USD 12 per hour available 24 hours with one day in advance booking.


Food and Beverage Discounts
Valid from 16 Jan until 19 Dec, offering kid menu or buffet for children from 0-11 years, maximum 2 children per room, when accompanied with 2 full paying adults dining at our restaurants.

Weddings

Delightful small Wedding Reaffirmations can be arranged at Evason Ana Mandara for you, your loved one and your families. The special occasion can be set on the beach, on the jetty or poolside restaurant. 

 

Not only does the resort help arrange your dream wedding, but before the special ceremony a private consultation with your personal events planner can be arranged to ensure that the occasion is the wedding of your dreams. The property will also be able to arrange all the floral arrangements, delicious food, non-legal wedding certificate and many more accessories which will make the day perfect.

Events and Meetings

The Resort's function room can be used for conferences, private parties, casual seminars, meetings, cocktail receptions, or private dinner parties. The Boardroom can be used for smaller and intimate meetings.
