Cancellation Policy

Low season (16th April – 31st October) Cancellation policy is one night of agreed rate will be charged if cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to arrival date or in the event of no show.

High season (1st November – 23rd December and 6th January – 15th April) Cancellation policy is one night of agreed rate will be charged if cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to arrival date or in the event of no show.

Peak season (24th December – 5th January) Cancellation policy is one night of agreed rate will be charged if cancellation is made less than 45 days prior to arrival date or in the event of no show.


Best Available Rates/Non-Flex: Full deposit will be non-refundable if the booking is cancelled or in the event of no show.

Family Plan
  • Maximum 2 children up to 5 years sharing parents’ room are free of charge 
  • Maximum 2 children 6 up to 12 years sharing parents’ room to be charged half price for taken meals
  • Children older than 12 years old are charged as adults.
  • Baby cots are free of charge to be set up in all room types for infant maximum 2 years old.
  • Evason Room can accommodate 1 child, Evason Studios and Evason Pool Villas 2 children.
  • Hideaway Duplex Pool Villas and Hideaway Pool Villa Suites can accommodate 2 children.


Food and Beverage

  • Children aged 6 years and below eat free
  • Children aged 7-11 are charged at 50%
  • Children aged 12 or above are charged adult prices
Arrivals and Departures

Early arrival
Early arrival before 2.00 pm can be confirmed as per room availability.

Late departure
Late departure after 12.00 noon to 2.00 pm is free of charge subject to availability, after 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm will be charged 50% of room rate, and after 6.00 pm full day to be charged. *Late departure can be confirmed as per room availability*
