Evason Ma’In is located 30 kilometers from the Mosaic City of Madaba and is an easy and dramatically scenic, 60-minute drive from Amman's Queen Alia International Airport (AMM).
Airport transfers can be arranged by the resort for a charge of USD 120, inclusive of taxes per car per way, with a maximum of three adults per car. Complimentary valet parking is available at the resort.
Driving Directions from Amman (approximately 70 minutes)
1. Start at the 7th circle
2. Take the Desert Highway (Airport Rd) south
3. 5 km from the circle, take a right exit to the Dead Sea
4. Continue on the highway
5. Pass the hotel areas and beach resorts
6. Continue until you reach a junction sign posted ‘Panoramic Complex’
7. Turn left at this junction
8. Proceed up the hill
9. Follow the signs ‘Ma’In Hot Springs’ until you reach the entrance gate
NOTE: There are three border crossings between Jordan and Israel. The Allenby/King Hussein Bridge, located in the southern Jordan Valley, is open from Sunday to Thursday (8:00 am -3:00 pm) and Friday (8:00 am - 12:30 pm). Prior visas must be arranged and cannot be obtained at the border. Private cars and tour buses cannot cross; travelers must change vehicles upon crossing or use the other two border crossings.
There are also the Sheikh Hussein crossing, located in the north close to Lake Tiberias (Sea of Galilee); and the Wadi Araba crossing, located in the south, connecting the two Red Sea resorts of Eilat and Aqaba. These are open from Sunday to Thursday (8:30 am - 10:00 pm) and Friday to Saturday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm). At these crossings, visas for most nationalities can be obtained at the border; prior permits are not needed. These hours and regulations are subject to change.
