Bedouin chefs serve the meal communal-style under a lamp-lit Bedouin tent. Guests may also choose candlelit private tables set amongst the olive trees, overlooking the hot springs falls.

Sahadev Yadav

Sous Chef / Indian & Tandoor Chef

Chef Sahadeo brings with him over fifteen years of experience, having trained in 5-star hotels in India, the Arabian Gulf and Jordan. His principal cooking style is that of Indian and tandoor, plus he also lists French, Mediterranean and Asian cooking as strong influences in this cuisine.

 

Chef Sahadeo’s high standards, attention to detail and professional demeanor make him the ideal host of your dining choices, ensuring that your experience is a wonderful one.

Anas Al-Turman

Bedouin Chef

Chef Anas hails from Jordan where he has worked and trained with bedouins and learnt much of their traditional food culture. These days he is the chef in charge of Olive Restaurant, providing guests with an authentic zarb dining experience in the original Bedouin tradition.

 

The Bedouin chefs serve the meal communal-style under a lamp-lit Bedouin tent. Guests may also choose candlelit private tables amongst the olive trees, overlooking the hot springs fall.

Qays Bassam Nasrallah

Bartender

Jordanian-born, Qays has been tending bars in various locals of his country for more than five years. He has worked with several top-end five-star restaurants and outlets within the bar sector.

 

Qays is highly motivated with his imaginative approach to pairing dishes with a variety of beverages and also with his innovative cocktails. He is continually focused on creating a personal atmosphere that provides exemplary service and unique experiences for diners.
