Six Senses Ninh Van Bay offers the perfect location for relaxation and tranquillity, yet it provides families the opportunity to participate in a range of activities on land and sea. Families can swim, snorkel, or dive together in the beautiful bay waters of outlying islands, enjoying the best coral reefs in the region, with visits to the caves where Swiftlet birds make their salanganes, or bird nests. Scuba diving at dive sites such as Big Wall, the Coral Gardens, Moray Beach, Octopus Rock, Hon Mot Bay and Fisherman’s Bay have popular ratings for under water enthusiasts. But for those interested in marine life from above water, educational excursions to visit local lobster and fish farms on a traditional wooden boat in the scenic surrounds of Ninh Van Bay are also fun and engaging. Discover how lobsters are bred, raised, and harvested.
The resort’s new Two-Bedroom Hill Top Villas and connecting Family Beachfront Pool Villas have recently been added to the room categories, which are ideal for family group holidays. The refurbished Sub Club offers daily, complimentary, and supervised activities by experienced and skilled staff, and the newly built Pirate's Lair will keep youngsters entertained for hours. Adults can sign up for their own activities like challenging hiking trails leading to the top of Heo Mountain where rare monkeys, blue headed geckos, and colourful birds can been spotted, then enjoying a private picnic on a deserted Bai Nho Beach. In the evenings, guests can sip inspired cocktails or learn how to sketch a picturesque view of Ninh Van Bay at sunset with Mixologist Richard Fawcett, while relaxing on spacious open wooden terrace or netted loungers. For those who missed Dr. Parag at Six Senses Con Dao, there’s another chance to observe the celestial skies with him when he returns to Six Senses Ninh Van Bay on August 25th – 3th. On movie nights, families can enjoy a mini buffet by the beach under beautiful, clear skies with family-favourite movies.
True to its reputation as Vietnam’s most innovative and trend setting spa, Six Senses Spa at Ninh Van Bay offers treatments with healing traditions derived from the Hmong and Dao indigenous tribes of Sapa Valley in Northern Vietnam; healing treatments with blind therapists who possess superb healing hands and a rare gift of intuition are always popular with guests.
