• Provision of water supply.


• Insurance for all common areas.


• 24 hour security.


• Life and fire safety systems.


• Access to resort common areas and grounds.


• Mr and Ms Friday butler services.


• Bell services.


• Transport within Six Senses Private Residences Con Dao and resort areas.


• Resort fitness centre access.


• Non-motorised water sports.
