• Provision of water supply.
• Insurance for all common areas.
• 24 hour security.
• Life and fire safety systems.
• Access to resort common areas and grounds.
• Mr. and Ms. Friday butler services.
• Bell services.
• Transport within Private Residences and resort areas.
• Resort fitness center and tennis court access.
• Non-motorized water sports.
