Rental Programme

Your villa is yours to enjoy, therefore, our Villa Rental Programme is flexibly tailored to your lifestyle. You may use your villa for as many days as you wish each year, with no blackout dates. When you are not in residence, your villa will be placed in the Villa Rental Programme. Upon enrollment, we will ask you to provide us with a schedule of when you would like to use your villa so we are aware of when it will not be included in our inventory over the next calendar year. (We have designed an air-conditioned and de-humidified lockable storage area in each villa where personal belongings can be kept and then placed back in the villa prior to your return). The net income generated on your villa whilst you are away will be shared between the villa owner and the resort on a 50 / 50 basis.
