Cancellation Policy

• Unexpected departure from the resort will be charged as per the reserved booking.
• Cancellations or amendments will not be accepted until they have been confirmed by the resort by return fax or email.
• We understand that circumstances may arise, necessitating a cancellation of your reservation. The required notification varies per season:

Peak Season
Up to 60 days prior to arrival date:             No charge
59 days and less:                                              100% of stay

High / Shoulder Season
Up to 21 days prior to arrival date:            No charge
21 to 10 days:                                                    50% of stay
10 days or less:                                                 100% of stay

For 1 bedroom villas, 2 adults and 1 child can be accommodated per villa. There is a surcharge for extra child as follows:

For 3 bedroom villas, 6 guests can be accommodated per villa. There is a surcharge for extra child as follow:

For 4 bedroom villas, 8 guests can be accommodated per villa. There is a surcharge for extra child as follows:

Early arrival
Check-in time is from 15:00 hours. Should guests wish to arrive earlier, it is highly recommended to reserve and pay for the villa from the night before arrival, which will ensure immediate villa availability for the best possible arrival experience.

Late departure
Check-out time is by 12:00 noon. Late check-out until 18:00 hrs will be charged at 50% of one night’s accommodation charge. Beyond this time, one night’s accommodation charge will be applied.
