Bringing the hammam to Vietnam
Relax on a heated marble bed
Be vigorously cleansed with Vietnamese ingredients, then finish with an application of lotion. The treatment removes dead skin cells, increases circulation and hydration.
The hammam is a steam sauna used throughout much of the Middle East and North Africa. Especially known for weekly bathing rituals in Morocco and Turkey, it is now available at Six Senses Con Dao, Vietnam. The resort has built a dedicated hammam with a Vichy shower to offer their newest treatment, Hammam Revival.
This one-hour and 45-minutes lavish treatment is especially recommended to beat jet lag, increase circulation, brighten and detoxify. The heated marble bed assists in creating steam throughout the wet treatment room, necessary to the process of exfoliation.
Guests recline on the bed for a thorough, but gentle, full-body scrub leaving skin supple and smooth. Local ingredients are used to aid in cleansing and to make the therapy more indigenous in style. Vichy shower technology adds to the rhythmic and relaxing nature of the treatment.
With skin cells fully rejuvenated, the therapist applies lotion to rehydrate and nourish the skin. The effects are instantly radiant and noticeable!
