Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy (except for peak)
- Unexpected departure from the resort will be charged as per the reserved booking.
- Cancellations or amendments will not be accepted until they have been confirmed by the resort by return fax or email.
- No penalty will be incurred if the cancellation is made more than 21 days before arrival day.
- Cancellations made between 10 and 21 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total value of booking or cancelled nights.
- Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to arrival day will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total value of booking or cancelled nights.

- 50% of the total payment is required upon confirming the reservation.
- Cancellations made between 90 and 30 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total value of booking or cancelled nights.
- Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival day, 100% of the total value of booking or cancelled nights will be charged.

All villas can accommodate 2 adults plus 2 children under 12 years. The day bed will be turned into a sleeping bed and an extra rollaway bed will be provided. Beach villas are recommended for families with small children.

Early arrival
Check-in time is from 14:00 hours. Should guests wish to arrive earlier, it is highly recommended to reserve and pay for the villa from the night before arrival, which will ensure immediate villa availability for the best possible arrival experience.
Late departure
Check-out time is by12:00 noon. Late check-out until 18:00 hrs will be charged at 50% of one night’s accommodation charge. Beyond this time, one night’s accommodation charge will be applied.
For reservations made for Peak Season (22 December 2013 to 07 January 2014) we require 25% of the total payment upon confirming the reservation and the remaining amount will be paid 90 days prior to arrival. For all the other seasons we require the full payment 21 days prior to the arrival date.
