The villas are located on the mountainside above the resort, at either end of the bay and accessible by private paths and stairs, ensuring total privacy.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or amendments can only be accepted once they have been confirmed by the resort in writing. You will receive a confirmation number from us to confirm that your reservation has indeed been cancelled.

For Normal season: 16th January to 19th December
Between 14-10 days prior to arrival will incur a 30% charge.
Between 9-5 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% charge.
Within 4 days prior to arrival or no-show will incur a 100% charge.
Early check out or delayed check in will incur a 100% charge per the confirmed booking.

For Peak season: 20th December to 15th January
A cancellation is free of charge if done more than 45 days before arrival.
Cancellation penalty is 100% of stay if cancelled within 45 days before arrival

Children under 12 years old, sharing the same villa with 2 paying adults or the 2 bedroom duplex villa offers separate sleeping and living areas where parents and children sleep in seperate bedrooms.

Valid from 16 Jan till 19 Dec, offering kid menu for children from 0 - 11 years, maximum 2 children per villa, when accompanied with 2 full paying adults dining at our restaurants.

Arrivals and Departures

Early arrival
Our check-in time is 14:00 hours resort time. Early arrival is subject to availability.

Late departure
Our check-out time is 12:00 noon. Late check-out is subject to availability. 

Guaranteed Reservations and Deposits

For Normal season: 16th January to 19th December
Guests are required to guarantee their reservations by Visa Card, Master Card, American Express or JCB, with the authorized numbers (C.V.V) of the credit card to complete the guarantee procedures.

For Peak season: 20th December to 15th January
Full payment is required at time of booking. No refund can be made within 45 days prior to arrival.
