Our resort's facilities include a wide variety of sporting equipment

There are many on-property recreational activities ranging from the Six Senses Spa with steam, sauna and fitness center, tennis, volleyball or badminton, and mountain walks.

Bai Nho Hiking

This hiking trail leads to the top of Heo mountain from where you overlook Ninh Van Bay. Coming over the hill we will reach the reservoir where you may spot monkeys. Continuing on the trail further you will reach our private beach, Bai Nho, where you can enjoy snorkeling.

Six Senses Spa

The Six Senses Spa is an open design nestled beside a gentle waterfall to allow the rhythm of the waters and aroma of essential oils and incense to infuse throughout. Presenting some of Vietnam's specialty treatments together with an extensive menu of signature therapies, expertly trained therapists create sensory journeys for guests with a range of holistic wellness and pampering treatments.There is something for everyone, including a selection of wellness activities such as yoga and Tai Chi.


At Six Senses Ninh Van Bay we have our own private floodlit tennis court. Due to the climate, tennis is best played early in the morning just after sunrise, or in the early evening. The resort also has equipment which guests may borrow, if needed.

Morning Tai Chi or Pranayama Yoga

Yoga is a gradual and systematic movement promoting the well-being of both body and mind. Postures are introduced to suit to your physical structure. Ideal for beginners and the advanced who wish to learn how to counteract the stresses of daily life.

Tai Chi is the Chinese healing art emphasizing slow movements, thus allowing the mind to focus for physical posture, promoting and harmonizing chi flow in the body. Ideal practice to achieve a body and mind connection.
