Woodstock features at Sense on the Edge
Woodstock proprietor and chief winemaker Scott Collette hosts two Winemaker’s Dinners at Sense on the Edge this September 12 and 13 - fine wines accompanying a spectacular seven-course celebration dinner.
Crowned ‘The Bush King’ of Australia’s famous McLaren Vale wine region for producing the best wine in the area, Scott shares a firm belief in the natural partnership between fine wines and good food. The resort’s acclaimed executive chef Tim Goddard will prepare a seven-course dining celebration of the Bush King’s wines, creating a natural gastronomic partnership at the spectacular Senses On The Edge.
Woodstock Winery is especially renowned for its Shiraz variety of grapes, which includes some vines of up to 110 years old. Scott personally tends to these majestic vines that solely provide the fruit for Woodstock’s ‘The Stocks’ Shiraz.
The Woodstock Winemaker’s Dinners will be on September 12 and 13 from 6:00 pm until 11:00 pm. Dinner is OMR 65++ per guest and includes welcome cocktails, seven-course wine-paring menu, Six Senses bottled water, tea and coffee.
