Let us take you out and just have some fun, be it Water skiing or Wake boarding. Whether you are experienced or trying for the first time we will provide suitable equipment and experience for the thrills that you seek.

Paragliding will take place from the top of Zighy Mountain. This is an experience not to be missed. Our professional paraglider will take you around the edge of the mountain range in Zighy Bay, where you can explore the bay from 293 metres above the ground and enjoy the magnificent views.

Need a change of scenery? Try mountain biking. You will explore the Hajar Mountains with their wide variety of plants and animals. Downhill Dash and Qasr al Zaiba excursions offer exciting up-close glimpses of Oman’s rugged environment. The Experiences Team also has mountain bikes available for you to explore Zighy Bay. Please wear your helmet at all times, as the roads are busy and the gravel is loose. Your safety is our concern.

There are many hikes to take around picturesque Zighy Bay: Smuggler’s Bay Hike, Destination Spa Hike, or even up and over the mountain towards Wadi al Khamsi. Our guided experiences make sure that you take the right goat path through the mountain. Be sure to bring proper footwear as the rocks can be loose

No need to leave the beach for these activities. Water polo in the water and volleyball on the sand. And after all the adrenaline usage, lie back on a sun lounger and enjoy a cold towel and a chilled cocktail.

Tennis is best played in the morning or in the evening. Our tennis court and Experiences team can provide you with all you need, including rackets and balls.

Get out to some of the excellent locations on a snorkeling excursion, where you can see the vibrant colors found on the reef and the schools of fish that adorn them.

We set off on the open ocean with our best local fisherman to try and catch some great tasting fish called Hamour, using traditional hand lines. If you manage to land one of these tasy Hamour of the correct size, we can deliver it to our chefs to bake, grill or steam it especially for you!

This easy trek explores the village of the Sabatyn plateau. After a scenic one hour 4x4 drive from Zighy Bay, we reach the plateau 1200 meters above sea level. We then continue to Sabatyn; this village stretches along a mountainside with wonderful views down to Wadi Al Bih.

The village contains an abundance of petroglyphs, stone towers and ancient houses that were once home to farmers tending their large terraced fields. After exploring Sabatyn we climb up to a small village with its cooling subterranean air stream. We continue our trek to our vehicles for the scenic drive home.

Also enjoy our Sunset Sabatyn excursion: Enjoy a winding drive to the Sabatyn plateau. After finding the perfect spot you will have a selection of canapés and sparkling wine over a campfire as you watch the sun setting over the spectacular mountains.

Whether you want to try diving for the first time in your life, a leisurely dive or a dive course, you will be able to see Oman’s most spectacular reefs and rock formations plus a colorful selection of marine life.
