Jin Shin Do® Bodymind Acupressure™
“The Way of the Compassionate Spirit” Traditional Chinese acu-theory, Japanese finger pressure technique, Qigong and western Psychotherapy techniques combine to make this a safe, non-invasive treatment. Finger pressure is applied to specific acu-points and meridians. Recipient remains clothed and reclines on his/her back throughout, making this an ideal treatment for the elderly or physically impaired. Balances Qi(energy). Relieves stress and trauma related problems. Reduces muscle tensions, armoring and pain. Increases mobility and flexibility. Increases self-awareness. Enhances vitality. JSD promotes a pleasant trance-like state, in which one can relax and move out of the head, into the body, accessing feelings and inner wisdom.
