Massage and Relaxation

Chi Balancing
Based on the principles of Chinese medicine, this deeply relaxing massage focuses on opening the energy channels throughout the body, stimulating the internal organs and releasing tension in the head, neck, back and shoulders. Using a combination of oil and deep tissue massage, this therapy produces a deep state of relaxation, allowing the energy to flow freely and the body to rejuvenate and heal itself.

Chi Nei Tsang
An abdominal massage that releases tension in the abdomen caused by stress, poor dietary habits and negative emotions. This relaxing massage also detoxifies the internal organs, stimulates metabolism and reduces digestive disorders.

Yoga Massage
Yoga massage is an ancient Ayurvedic healing art. Through application of pressure on energy lines and points, and a vast array of passive stretching movements performed with the hands, feet, knees and elbows, the body experiences profound relaxation, increased flexibility and increased flow of blood and oxygen around the body.

Reconnection Healing
This energy healing technique puts the body into a deep state of relaxation, allowing it to release emotional and physical tension. It is administered by laying the hands on or near the body to allow the energy or life force to flow freely. When life force energy is blocked, we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is flows abundantly, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

Pain Relief
Therapeutic Massage with Acupuncture
Targeting specific areas of pain in the body, this treatment uses a combination of massage techniques to restore blood flow to the affected area, followed by acupuncture to relieve pain via the nervous system. A therapeutic treatment relieving discomfort and bringing the body back into balance.

Benefits: The relief of neck, back and shoulder pain, sciatica, wrist, hip and knee pain, sports injuries, muscle stiffness, headaches and migraines, stress and anxiety, digestive disorders and insomnia.

Mind Balancing
Meditation
Derived from Buddhism, Taoism and Hinduism, meditation is used as a tool for stress, calming the mind, healing the body, achieving ambitions and for gaining insight into our very reason for living. Meditation sessions are tailored to the individual needs and wishes of each person.

Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a form of psychotherapy, which includes counseling and hypnosis to change undesirable behaviors. During the treatment, clients are often put into a trance-like state in which they have heightened focus and concentration, where suggestions are acted upon much more powerfully than is possible under normal conditions. It is an excellent treatment for depression, fear, stress, anxiety, fears, phobias, weight loss and smoking cessation.

Life Coaching
If you love what you do, you will never work another day in your life. But finding our goals in life can often be harder than trying to achieve them. Life coaching helps us to look more deeply inside ourselves to discover our true talents, passions and dreams, and how we can achieve them.

Movement
Tai Chi
Often referred to as both a martial art and a moving meditation, Tai Chi was developed in China over 800 years ago. The slow, rhythmic and graceful movements allow Qi energy to circulate around the body, bringing optimum health and calming the mind.

Qi Gong
Eight gentle but powerful breathing, stretching and strengthening movements activate Qi energy and blood circulation in the body. Practiced in China for over a thousand years, these exercises help to stimulate the immune system, strengthen internal organs and give abundant energy.
