On arrival at Port Denarau Terminal please make your way to the Six Senses check-in counter to be directed to the Six Senses jetty.

Join a scheduled speedboat transfer for the 35 minutes direct journey from Port Denarau to Six Senses Fiji, shared with other Six Senses guests.

• Flight details must be provided to Six Senses Fiji in advance, at least 72 hours prior to guest arrival.
• We recommend to secure travel insurance to cover you in the event of unforeseen cancellation of your flights, or instances our boats are not able to run or are delayed due to adverse weather conditions.

• Inclusions: Meet and Greet service at the airport and wireless internet connection on allocated vehicles.
• For guests travelling with surfboards, a minibus transfer must be booked. Kindly advise the total number of board bags and persons to review total applicable charges.
• Standard luggage sizes / allowances are quoted within the transfer charge; oversize / excess luggage must be communicated in advance and a larger vehicle will be quoted.
• Minibus transfers have a luggage carrier attached to the vehicle for guest luggage.
• Infant / toddler car seats are available upon request, FJD 40 per way.

• A berthing fee of FJD 200 per boat will be applied to any non-direct bookings.
• Transfers from Port Denarau to Six Senses Fiji are to be booked via Six Senses Fiji only as our resort marina is private.
• Scheduled timing will run regardless of missed flights, delays on arrival to the port, etc.
• A short safety protocol briefing is mandatory before the departure of the speedboat.
• Our speedboats are operated by South Sea Cruises and our schedule is subject to change without notice.

• Helicopter transfers require a minimum charge of two adults per flight.
• Helicopter transfers are operated by an external company and times are confirmed by them 24 hours prior to departure.
• Helicopter prices are quoted based on a transfer from Nadi International Airport to Six Senses Fiji. Pick up from other destinations will incur an extra fee.
• If you are late or miss your scheduled flight, the external company may impose an applicable penalty fee.
• Private helicopter flight bookings do not guarantee exact departure time.
• Delays may be expected due to prevailing weather conditions, and airport air traffic movement.
• Shared helicopter services may include guests staying at other resorts.
• A 15 kilogram per person luggage allowance is provided, with applicable FJD 12 per kilogram of excess baggage.
• Surfboards and oversize luggage cannot be transferred by helicopter and will be sent over by the next scheduled speedboat transfer. There will be an extra charge to transfer this luggage to and from Nadi International Airport and Port Denarau.
• A landing fee of FJD 100 per helicopter will be applied to any non-direct helicopter bookings.
• Flights are daylight restricted and operate between 7:00 am to 5:00 pm only.
• Cancellation terms for helicopter services are as follows:
• After 14 days of booking or after 5 days of booking (for travel within the same month) – FJD 65 per person
• Within 72 hours prior to confirmed schedule or no-show – full penalty (non-refundable)
