A four-day women’s retreat in the heart of Kyoto

Led by Hati S. Malinova, Wellness Projects Director at Six Senses, this personalized experience is designed to nurture your whole self, helping you step into the power of your feminine energy.

Based on the wisdom of traditional Eastern healing and seamlessly integrated with modern science, the retreat offers a holistic approach to restoration and balance. Bridging high-touch therapies with high-tech modalities, you’ll explore educational seminars on women’s health and hormonal balance, experience restorative treatments and movement sessions, and take part in workshops celebrating Japanese cultural arts.

The journey incorporates the Six Senses holistic wellness approach, featuring state-of-the-art wellness screenings, sleep-tracking technology, and nourishing communal dinners inspired by sekki, Japan’s twenty-four micro-seasons.

Free time is intentionally woven into the program, allowing you to move between wellness sessions, book additional treatments, explore the city, or simply rest in quiet contemplation.

Your room includes a specialized sleep-tracking setup and a personalized sleep journal to support your restorative rest. Our Feminine Wellness Seminar is led by Hati S. Malinova with English-Japanese interpretation provided.
