Executive Chef David Biton

Executive Chef David Biton leads the culinary vision at Six Senses Shaharut with a contemporary approach that blends Israeli culinary traditions with international experience. 

A recipient of six medals in international culinary competitions, including the Culinary World Cup in Luxembourg and the Culinary Olympics in Germany, David also trained at Anna Amalia in Germany and Noma in Copenhagen. At Six Senses Shaharut, his menus celebrate seasonal ingredients from the resort’s organic garden and local producers, bringing the flavors and stories of the Negev Desert to life with creativity, sustainability, and precision.
