      - Breakfast is served every day from 7:00 am to 11:00 am.

      - For cross-season or stays in high or peak season, stricter check-out policies may apply.

      - Selected 'Extras' are not included to the total room price on the reservation confirmation.

      - Cancellation and payment policies may vary by room rate.

      - The reservation will be made in EUR, the local currency for Six Senses Rome.

      - The reserved room will be released if incorrect information such as an invalid credit card is provided.

      - Our reservations teams will be in direct contact regarding payment arrangements. Please note that any change in reservations may vary depending on rate and/or required payment of cancellation fees.

      Pet policy

      The hotel welcomes small, fully trained, and restrained dogs weighing up to 10 kilograms. Pets are welcome in all areas of the hotel except the specialty restaurant and spa area. A daily fee of EUR 50 per pet and a cleaning fee of EUR 200 per stay will apply.

      Connecting rooms and suites

      -Two superior rooms (one features accessible facilities)

      -Deluxe Junior Suite with a deluxe room (max occupancy four people)

      -Deluxe Suite with a deluxe room (max occupancy five people)

      -Salviati Suite with a Corner Suite (max occupancy six people)

      City Tax

      Local City Tax of EUR 7 per guest per night is applicable in addition to the room rate and is payable upon check out.

      Family Plan

      Children aged 5 years and below stay for free in their parents' room in a baby cot or day bed, always subject to availability, and eat for free from the children's menu.

      Children aged 6 to 11 years stay for free in their parents' room in a day bed, always subject to availability. Breakfast is charged at 50 percent, a selection from the children's menu is charged at 100 percent, a selection from the regular menu is charged at 50 percent.

      Children aged 12 or above are charged adult prices. If the child turns 12 years old during the stay we will honor the 6 to 11 years policy until the end of the stay.

      In a Deluxe Room, Superior Deluxe Room, Junior Suite, Deluxe Junior Suite, Terrace Junior Suite in addition to the maximum occupancy of 2 guests, only 1 additional child below the age of 6 years is allowed.

      In Deluxe Suite, Corner Suite and Salviati Suite in addition to the maximum occupancy of 2 guests, only 1 additional child below the age of 12 years is allowed.

      In two-bedroom Mellini and Lata Suite, in addition to the maximum occupancy of 4 guests, only 1 additional child below the age of 12 years is allowed.

      Complimentary entrance to our Roman Baths for guests and kids from 16 years old and above.

      Arrivals and departures
      Early arrival
      Rooms check-in time is from 3:00 pm. Should guests wish to arrive earlier, it is highly recommended to reserve and pay for the room/suite from the night before arrival, which will ensure immediate room/suite availability for the best possible arrival experience.

      If you choose not to reserve an additional night for early arrival, please feel free to enjoy the hotel’s facilities while we store your belongings.

      Late departure
      Check-out time is by 12:00 noon beyond this time late check-out charge may be applied.

      Guaranteed reservations and deposits

      Credit card details are required to confirm the booking. For safety reasons, credit card details must only be provided through a secure link that will be sent by our reservation team upon confirmation of booking. It will be used as a guarantee only and the payment of your stay will be due on the day of your departure from the hotel. Exceptions may apply.

      Groups and Events Reservations
      Reservations for groups and events requiring five or more rooms are to be made directly with the resort as specific guarantee and cancellation policies apply. Block bookings of five or more rooms made via our website or an agency will not be honored without the resort’s specific authorization.
