Pavilion-style residences range between two and five bedrooms on 1/3 acre to 2 acre lots, with access to crystal clear waters, pale ivory sand beaches and verdant tropical forest. This marina-based community offers abundant ocean-based activities and resort facilities including Six Senses Spa Fiji, three restaurants, a deli and more.
You're spoiled for choice with locations, floor plans and styles. For the water babies, the Beachfront Residences are the perfect spot, with direct beach access. Marina View Residences offer great alternative waterside lodgings with private marina berths. Looking for complete privacy? Then our Ocean View Residences might suit you too.
There's a fully equipped kitchen and barbecue so you can pop down to the Gourmet Deli for supplies to whip up a meal. Residences feature spacious outdoor and indoor living areas. With ensuites in every single bedroom with a variety of indoor and outdoor showers between rooms, there will be no arguments over bathroom times in the morning.

Richard Priest Architecture is a design focus practice in New Zealand. Recipient of 12 New Zealand institute of Architects Awards plus Environmental Design and Designers Institute of New Zealand interiors awards, Priest is the founding member of the Auckland Sustainable Business Association NZQA Panel for the Unitec Architectural Degree program.
