Tanit Sanctuary
Tanit is the protector of Ibiza and guardian of womankind. Her shrine, hidden deep in the rocks in the ancient Cova d’es Cuieram, was only discovered in 1907. Some say she still watches over the island. This unique experience starts with a walk up an ancient pilgrim's path to the entry of the cave, where you will be welcomed by traditional music, hear folklore and give an offering to express gratitude to the goddess and for the sun – the ultimate natural power which guides our every waking moment. A meditation will help you enter a deep relaxation and connect to the island and ultimately your inner self.
