On this retreat, MD, JD, E-RYT-500, C-IAYT will lead you through various forms of meditation, yoga, and vinyasa flow in the mornings, and restorative, yin, yoga nidra, and Reiki in the evenings. Swim in the Aegean Sea, enjoy beautiful landscapes and spa treatments, eat magnificent food, and rest your nervous system. Located on Turkey's Aegean coast, this beautiful retreat will include spa treatments, daily yoga, sound healing, meditation, a fire ceremony, and a tour of nearby archeological wonders – all integrated into a schedule that will take you day by day through the layers of your soul.

Centered on the seven pillars of mindfulness (the subjects of Ingrid’s most recent book), she will take you on a journey through vinyasa-based flow in the mornings and restorative, yin, and deep stretch in the evenings.

This retreat is designed for anyone who seeks to open their heart, find respite from a hectic daily life, and stay active and energized in life.

With immersion in nature, yoga, relaxation (meditation, sound baths, and spa treatments), as well as cultural experiences, your stress will clear, sleeping will become sounder, connections with others grow deeper, and energy levels improve.

Ingrid Yang, M.D., J.D., E-RYT-500, C-IAYT

Ingrid Yang is a deeply knowledgeable, inspiring and creative teacher. She is an international yoga therapist, meditation teacher, and internal medicine physician. A pioneer in integrating yoga, mindfulness techniques and breathwork into modern medicine, Dr. Yang has been teaching yoga since 1999. She also founded Blue Point Yoga Center, and is the author of the books Hatha Yoga Asanas (2012), Adaptive Yoga (2020), and The Zen Mindfulness Workbook (2022). Dr. Yang teachings are a rare and special experience; she leads trainings and retreats all over the world, with a special focus on mindfulness, healing through breathwork, kinesthetic physiology and the mind-body connection.
