Nestled in 12 hectares of lush tropical forest, Krabey Island offers a wealth of biodiversity and the chance to commune with nature on a guided walk that connects guests with the extraordinary flora and fauna of the island. Despite its small size, Krabey Island is home to more than 25 different plant species, 6 species of frogs and 20 varieties of birds. Native to the island is our widely celebrated Oriental Pied Hornbill. With 35 of the 46 species of Cambodia’s butterflies already spotted on the island, guests with sharp eyes may just help us to discover the rest. This activity is led by Six Senses Sustainability Manager, who can share an in-depth knowledge of the island’s biodiversity.
