We grow more than 40 different herbs, micro herbs and salad leaves in our organic garden. You might catch the refreshing aroma of mint and basil in the morning when cycling by. Every day our chefs collect fresh ingredients for their dishes and our spa therapists collect lemongrass and mint for their herbal ice tea. Our sustainability team will guide you through all the different herb, salad and chili varieties and of course introduce you to Herbie, our resident scarecrow.
