With origins as an ancient battlefield tactic of Siam, Muay Thai is both the national sport and a revered martial art and we are very proud to have our own championship-style Muay Thai boxing ring. The highly aerobic training will boost agility, speed, cardiovascular health and physical strength with regular practice. It may also help with weight loss and we’ve sessions for all levels of fitness.
