Kadek is a personal trainer, yoga teacher, T3 training, functional training and Shorinji Kempo self-defense instructor. He started his journey as a Shorinji Kempo athlete in Bali before he became a fitness instructor certified by American Council of Exercise and Fitness Edutraining Asia.
In addition, he completed 200 hours of Ashtanga yoga and Yin yoga training at the Kalpana Radhika Yoga in Bali. T3 Training and Functional Tools Training also can be conducted by him to enhance his capability to spread wellness to others.
Kadek is motivated and friendly and loves encouraging his clients on their path to well-being. He helps prepare personalized fitness workouts and improve their daily lifestyle.

Leki has been working in the wellness industry for over 14 years in Bhutan at five-star hotels, prior to joining Six Senses Spa Kuwait. Leki specializes in Hatha yoga, focusing on the physical movement of the body. It is practiced to obtain balance and harmony between mind, body, and soul.
Her specialty is Chinese Reflexology and Reiki. One of the most exciting benefits of reflexology is its potential to treat certain types of chronic headaches. It can help remove toxins from the body and improve healing that can result in increased circulation.
Chinese reflexology is done on the soles of the feet, where each point corresponds to internal organs.
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique. During a reiki session, the practitioner places their hands either directly on you or just above you to bring about healing. It helps to relieve pain, anxiety, and fatigue. As well treating depression and enhancing life quality by boosting mood.
Reiki may also be used to treat headaches, tension, insomnia and nausea.

Francy Lema, Holistic Health Therapist, is an active practitioner of yoga, sports and meditation. Her path started about 10 years ago when she decided to study ayurveda on her first trip to India. She also studied naturopathy, acupuncture and therapeutic massages in Europe and Asia, where she learned various oriental techniques which expanded her western training and concept of health and wellness. Her passion, vocational work and way of life focusses on improving the quality of life for individuals, restoring physical and emotional health - “We are what we eat and what we think”.

Romain Almirall-Torrel was born in France. After graduating from the European School of Osteopathy in the UK in 2007 he worked in the Perrin Clinic where he specialized in the treatment of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, ME Diagnosis and treatment (The Perrin Technique™). In 2009 he opened his own clinics back in France (Aubagne & Marseille) and in 2010 the Osteopath parallelly joined the “English Osteopath Clinic” in Antibes and partly Beausoleil.
Romain has been working alongside international patients in the superyacht industry and has become the trusted osteopath for yacht and estate owners, guests and crew.
Furthermore, being a very keen athlete and sports person himself, Romain has been supporting professional athletes for many years in prevention, pain management and rehabilitation.
