Love Your Heart

Our need for certainty is a survival mechanism. When we feel unsure, we do what is necessary to protect ourselves and our hearts. However, uncertainty also leaves space for growth, we just have to trust in it. And because confidence starts from within, we can learn to connect with our heart and control our own actions, reactions and choices that we make in our relationships every day (even that relationship we have with ourselves).

Love Your Heart is a whole day dedicated to reflection, letting go of old baggage and learning how to connect with your heart and your true purpose to find greater zest for life and meaning.

Great for:

  • Feeling emotionally disconnected or overwhelmed
  • Heightened emotions: angry, sad, grief
  • When you can’t find a way forward
  • Anxiety or trying to solve everything at once
  • Feeling at odds with yourself or unbalanced

Sample day (this may be split over two to three days):

  • Sunrise stretch before stepping outside to pause and connect with nature through your feet and fingers.
  • Hearty breakfast and heartfelt agreement to try and see beauty in all things today.
  • Contemplation walk to write down what you would like to reconnect with, whether with nature or relationships, finding a purpose or doing something creative. Make a plan for your daily reconnection hour which you can start implementing when you get home.
  • Spa treatment.
  • Lunch followed by a hike in nature and a short barefoot walking meditation.
  • Loving kindness meditation and heart connection meditation.
  • Nutritious smoothie and fire ceremony.
  • Dinner followed by time spent stargazing and gratitude journal, answering the question “what would love do now?”
