Carolina specializes on creating healing programs, using her retreat initiation process Mettaformo to introduce a basic healthy structure for inner order and wellbeing. T.O.V.E Thai-Oil-Vib-Energy, 60 minutes / 90 minutes

T.O.V.E is an integrative therapy that includes subtle and powerful physical techniques, disarming blocks, helping achieve a state of clarity, well-being, relaxation, and bliss. 

  • T – Advance Thai techniques, stretching working the zen lines and fascia. Deep and powerful restoration of all body’s.
  • O – Oil gives the experience a different texture, moist, hydrating and relaxing.
  • V – Vibration, the use of mantras, Tok sen, singing bowls and other techniques.
  • E – Energy, the conciseness, focus, creates a process of healing and reorganization of cells and systems.

B.A.T Breath Awakening Therapy, 60 minutes / 90 minutes

Facilitated breath-work and meditation sessions using breath, transpersonal technics and sound. Carolina guides intuitively creating the space for a personalized or group experience. The power of self-discovery is healing and life-changing. A degree in psychology in combination with other yogic influences has given a very clear approach towards meditation and breath-work, using it as a therapeutic tool to find clues to reset your patterns. Meditation develops focus, regulates thoughts and emotions, brings clarity aligning with purpose and objectives. Breath removes programming from the cellular memory, triggering vitality and multilevel regeneration. Transpersonal psychology adds comprehension, insight and rewiring. 

YOGA 360 degree - Alignment, Breath, Strength & Flexibility, 60 minutes / 90 minutes

Classes have a 360 degree approach to yoga, combining Kundalini, Hatha and therapeutic yoga, with a background on yoga philosophy presents an opportunity for the cultivation of breath, postures, and mindfulness with a powerful outcome. This multi-level work-out impacts muscular tone, stretching capacity, mind control, activating the parasympathetic and glandular systems, emphasizing healing, catharsis, clarity and a deep connection to oneself.
