A highly skilled sports physiotherapist and rehabilitation specialist with an extensive experience in performance enhancement, injury rehabilitation and musculoskeletal conditions. Assessing guests health conditions and developing treatment plans, to recommending appropriate exercises and assisting patients with pain management through kinesiotherapy, manual therapy and massages.
Unlike conventional fitness training, MTT focuses on the medical aspects of exercise. The aim is to develop the musculoskeletal system and build stamina through a series exercises. These exercises are designed to improve mobility, balance or stability, coordination, and strength and to train the cardiovascular system.
Short effective training sessions with intensive support, tailored made suitable for people of all ages, aim to make exercise enjoyable providing pain relief especially for people experiencing chronic pain, rheumatic pain, back pain, reduced physical function, osteoporosis or pain following surgery. It is a medium-intensity sports training with the addition of therapeutic exercises.
Our movement is dependent on range of motion, keeping your muscles strong, flexible, and healthy reducing stiffness stimulating the release of pain-reducing endorphins and improve circulation.
Frequent stretching techniques are static, dynamic (active and ballistic) and pre contracting stretching (PNF) fascia stretching, post isometric and post facilitation stretch. All, effective methods of increasing flexibility and muscle extensibility and very effective for injury prevention.
The difference is all about oxygen levels.
Aerobic training refers to how the body produces energy with oxygen.
It can be maintained for a prolonged period. It is very effective at building your endurance plus strengthening your heart and lungs.
Anaerobic training is about how your body produces energy with very little oxygen. Training at a high intensity for short bursts, pushing yourself out of your comfort zone creating an oxygen debt in your body with George’s guidance.
